New! 1 of 4 Downtown Studios

What a beautiful studio apartment! The communication was excellent, check in was a breeze and the studio was spotless. Great location close to the water and several shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!!

When renting keep in mind it’s a steep stairway other then that was a clean newly renovated space

Property is clean and reasonably-priced. Location is great, close to restaurants and points of interest. The only thing my husband and I did not expect is the steep stairs going up to the unit. I didn’t see it in the property description nor from other guests’ reviews. I also would like to add that either there were no lights above the lower steps of the stairway or bulbs were probably out. We came back to the condo after a wedding party late at night and we struggled to get up the stairs because it was dark. Lights did come on when we got to the middle of the stairs. Check-in instructions should also include a clearer description on how to lock & unlock the door.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to work with.
