With a separate private entrance, this unit is perfect for a week working on the Hill or a couples retreat to one of our city’s best neighborhoods. For the work week warrior, you are a short distance from Trader Joe’s which will help you stock your fully prepared kitchen for a quality ‘home cooked’ meal. The unit is within walking distance of Eastern Market metro.

We had an excellent stay. There are a few things that need to be updated and we left a list of what we thought- it seems to have been used often. Great location

Nice, quiet place in a great neighborhood. Near bars, restaurants, and public transportation.

Didn't feel like it had been cleaned hard in a while; Shower (moldy curtain and under mat), sheets, pillows, couch. Wobbly chairs need tightening. Couch needs a deep cleaning and is not a pullout, just a spot to lay sheets over the cushions. Clothes washing machine didn't work. Back door will not open, at all - back window small and high - so, only 1 fire exit. :(Such a nice area. Quiet. Trader Joes and train station within 2 blocks. Overall an adorable place to stay. Just needs some cleaning.
