About this house rental
Come & stay on 20 beautiful acres w/serene nature views at this unforgettable escape. We allow you to bring your boat and ATV's & the best part: its only 5 minutes to Lake Oconee, Freedom Boat Club(Boat Rentals), Public Boat Ramp & Marina! Just 1 hour from Atlanta & Athens, our lake town is the perfect getaway! You have your own deck out front w/a gas grill & large oversized cooler ready for your stay with us! Dollar General, Oconee Springs Park, DD, Publix, Lake & Restaurants nearby!
The space
It's a tiny home that is extremely well laid out on a beautiful lot of 20 rolling acres that is extremely calming with lots of privacy and only five minutes to the lake . The rooms are only big enough for queen beds however, the beds are extremely comfy! The home feels bigger, because of the very high ceilings as well as the bright white shiplap clean walls and oversized windows. We have a very nice sized outdoor deck to enjoy the outdoors as well.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove (2 burners), refrigerator & freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans.
Guest Starter Pack Includes:
1 roll of tissue
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
Dish detergent
Cleaning spray
We recommend you bring anything extra you may need for your stay!
Pet fee is additional and boat/ATV fee may be required.

Other things to note
We do allow you to bring your dog with you(no cats) however we only allow 1 dog and their is a non refundable pet fee so please be sure to check that option when making your reservation. Also, no aggressive/dangerous dog breeds allowed. We ask that you please keep animals off the furniture however if you prefer them to lay with you or sit with you, please bring a dog cover for them to lay on(on both the couch and the bed). We do not want dog hair and/or dirt/mud from outside all over the furniture/comforter. Also, if your dog gets the deck muddy, we do ask that you hose it off prior to your departure. The hose is on the side of the tiny home. We also ask that you pick up after your dog in the yard and place it in a tied garbage bag & place in outside garbage can prior to your departure.

Location to lake was great. Mini house was nice and affordable for a fishing trip. Location was a plus sitting on 20 ancres. Owner of mini house was great and very responsive for assistance.

The tiny house itself is super cute. The yard was a bit of a mess, and creepy, but once you get inside of the house it’s very cozy. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to my questions regarding check-in.
