You'll find everything you need for happy moments with your loved ones. Located in the Griaz district, you'll be in a quiet environment, yet just a few steps from shops, Les Houches ski resort and public transport. 2 car park at your disposal. Welcome !
Spread over two levels, you'll find on the first floor of this magnificent chalet:
> Entrance with ski room
> Newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, fondue, raclette, blender, etc.)
> Living room with comfortables sofas, TV and above all a sumptuous fireplace for winter evenings
> Dining area for 8 people
> Children's bedroom with bunk bed (sofa bed possible)
> Master bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin
> A guest toilet and laundry room complete this level.
Upstairs, you'll find:
> 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony with a view, and the other with an en suite shower room (washbasin, shower)
> Bathroom (washbasin, bath, toilet)
> Mezzanine area with games and books for the family
> A separate toilet completes this floor
Important information: Please do not dispose of sanitary towels or wipes in the toilet, as this may cause blockages in the pipes throughout the property.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

The Merlet park is just a few minutes away, and is a particularly popular place for families to discover the local flora and fauna. It will be a pleasure to provide you with recommendations tailored to your needs.
There are 2 free parking spaces in front of the chalet. You will need winter equipment to drive up to the chalet (mandatory). For travelers without a car, the ‘La Griaz - Le Tourchet’ bus stop is 900m from the chalet, and we provide guest cards so you can take advantage of public transport and easily discover the rest of the valley, in particular with the typical Mont Blanc Express train.
