It is unfortunate because my star rating is given for the beach and the company kept. The check in process was a breeze after hours and communication via text is wonderful. This hotel room is embellished photos. The cleanliness of the room was not good, beds are very loud getting on and off and the only blanket was fleece blanket. We were limited on towels for 5 people and cleaning supplies. The toilet handle is broken and the room is cluttered in comparison to the photos. We were disappointed to say the least after spending the amount of money we had. Did I mention cockroaches and no I am not a disgruntled guest. There are no cleaning products in the room to be used to clean the apartment with the exception of vacuum and broom. The remotes had dead batteries and the WiFi was absent or did not work. The Savoy pool was okay - not cleaned every day. Children had a great time but the leaking ceilings throughout the hotel were an issue- when spoken about it was said it was sideways rain or a/c leaks. Unacceptable. Not allowed to play card or board games in any public indoor spaces of the resort due to SC gaming commission. (Kids games). I would take a look at other vacancies if you can. Unfortunate to the team that the resort was not in the condition that it shows
