Summary:

This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible nearby beaches.



Other Things to Note:

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.



*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.

*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

We found the unit comfortable and stylish. Great to have a main bedroom with its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and nice touches in bathrooms. Close to downtown West Palm. Easy drive to Palm Beach. Great park nearby for a morning walk. Easy checkin. We will be back.

This is the best VRBO I’ve stayed in. Great location, excellent communication with the host, and an all around excellent property. The place was equipped with everything you could need. Vertigo thoughtful and purposeful.
