About this apartment rental
Our modern apartment is located on the bay of Cala en Porter. Within walking distance to the beach and the city center with many restaurants and bars.
You will enjoy the quiet location of our apartment, because you are close to the city center but far enough from the noise. You are welcome to use the community pool of the neighboring facility for consumption at the pool bar.
Our practically furnished apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and cupboards. In the living room there is a pull-out bed for two people. You can eat in the living room or on the balcony with a view of the bay.
You will find everything you need in our kitchen. From complete dishes, to a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an ice compartment, ceramic hob with pots and pans, a toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
There is also air conditioning in the living area.

- laundry packages (bed linen and towels)

Great place to stay with the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well-furnished with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic. On street parking was always easy to find. Our host was very nice.

Great relaxing apartment, has all the commodities necessary and very clean. Location view is outstanding.

The apartment is on the top floor and requires you to climb up four steep flights of stairs. However the view from the balcony is so worth the effort.
The apartment is well appointed with the exception of comfortable seats. We took turns sitting in the only comfortable chair.
Another negative was the lack of instructions (particularly for the safe) and lack of local information.
Very minor problems though and we would recommend this apartment in beautiful Cala N Porter.
