We are a group of 15 friends in our mid to late 20's that got together for a sort of reunion trip. This residence, and the property managers, provided exactly what we needed with the perfect amount of privacy as well. I cannot say enough about the location and how conveniently located it is to the beach. It is a bit far from the pier and more touristy attractions, the front door does not lock, the bedroom tv's did not work, and if you leave food out you will find ants on the counter. Those are the only "complaints", and they are very minor. Perfect experience!
