Things to Know:
This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00

First of all, this is a unique and wonderful property with access to the bay 20 ft off your patio. That was the big draw as we love to fish. The sunsets were also great.
The house is well appointed and there's a nice patio with a grill.
Close to easy Bay fishing spot access, with a launch (paid for separately) two properties down.
A few things to bring:
1. Extra paper towels
2. Metal grillware
3. Pot holders
A few things to note:
1. Despite the pictures, there is no boat slip access with this rental
2. There were 2 parking passes but only 2 or so spots that you could park the extra car in, so not really available when its busy.
3. The wifi was dropping out. Hopefully the host can correct that with their provider.
But Overall I would recommend this property. The Vacasa team responded quickly to any questions or issues on text.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and cozy, it had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular, including the firework show. It was a walk away from restaurants and shops! We’ll definitely recommend this stay to our family and friends.

This is a great condo! The location on the bay is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. This condo is fully stocked with anything you might need.

Great location. Needs a handyman to fix minor details on the unit's interior & exterior. Grounds could use some attention.
