This splendid retreat enjoys an unbeatable and secluded location within walking distance of a 28x11 boat slip shared with the neighbor. A well dock with a 10,000 LB lift also provides convenience for your water adventures. Additional amenities offered for lake fun include a lily pad and a zup board.

Upon entering, you will encounter a light and bright home away from home, ready to be your home base. The large living area boasts plenty of windows, flooding the entire space with natural light and allowing you to admire beautiful vistas, comfy sofas, and a smart TV with Amazon Prime to keep you entertained during your stay. From here, you have direct access to the deck, which offers a fire table, an outdoor dining area, an electric and black stone grill, and a TV for outdoor enjoyment. Get ready for summertime barbecues with drop-dead gorgeous lake views. The kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious meals and treats for the crew. Coffee enthusiasts will fall in love with the small coffee bar. All comfortable bedrooms have a TV for private retreats.

There are plenty of attractions and activities nearby. Less than a mile away, there is the public boat launch (Gravois Mills Access), and the Dollar store in Gravois Mills for trip essentials and necessities. The Loop Lake Ozark Off-road Park and LOTO Lake of the Ozarks Off Road offer plenty of fun and excitement. You are also a short boat ride and golf cart ride from food and entertainment at Coconuts, Bananas Water Park, and Maggie's. Other must-visit attractions include Jacob's Cave, Enchanted Village of Light, and Sugar Creek Miniature Golf.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: 28x11 boat slip with 10,000 lb lift in shared 2 well dock with neighbor. Raise boat lift after use so it is not sitting in water.
Boat dock that is attached to unit is down the back stairs, turn left. Down two houses is a shared dock with a Rubber Duck sign attached to the post. The left side of the shared dock is available for guest use.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
