About this house rental
60 m2 villa (completely renovated in 2021) with 25 m2 covered veranda and 40 m2 uncovered terrace: facing the sea and 30 m from the rocky beach; the sea in front of the house is also suitable for swimming by children.
Large covered parking with shade canes at the back.
Vineyard in front and behind the house which gives a bucolic touch to the house; the nearest square is 300 m away and the main square is 800 m away.
Golden sand beach both to the East (Marina di Modica at 800 m) connected with a panoramic and well-kept promenade and to the West (Sampieri at 800 m) connected with a path that runs along the cliff and is immersed in the greenery of a scrub Mediterranean.
Two bedrooms air-conditioned for hot and cold, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, etc.) and air-conditioned for hot and cold.
Bathroom with shower and immediate and unlimited hot water via gas boiler.
Direct running water or from a tank (for ample autonomy in case of emergency):: never without water!

We loved it in Giorgios house. Everything was just beautiful. Giorgio helped us in different situations and had very good tips what to do, what to eat, where to go and what was worth to visit. He responded very quickly. When we arrived, he even put some food and drinks in the fridge for us.
We would really recommend to stay at Giorgios place.

The villa was very clean and had all the necessary items. Georgio was an excellent host. The only problem was that there is no living room so to speak. But there is a very nice patio to spend time relaxing and enjoy the view. More comfortable patio furniture would have made the stay even more enjoyable. The property is a little off the beaten tract so a car is necessary.
