This quiet and centrally located home in Broken Arrow has been carefully and totally remodeled. You are 1 minute from great coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. The beautiful historic Rose District is less than 1 mile away with all its shopping, restaurants, and cafes! You are 2 minutes from the Broken Arrow Expressway, and 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Tulsa. You will feel safe, cozy, and relaxed here! Enjoy the peaceful back-yard which backs up to a green horse pasture.

This is a 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths. There is a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. There's also a pack-n-play and highchair. The kitchen and living room is all open and ready to entertain a family or a group. Each gathering area in the kitchen, living room, and back patio seats 6-7 guests. There's also a soft hot-tub, grill, and patio furniture on the back porch. You're welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer, and the office desk area.

The whole house is available to guests except the cleaner's supply closet. All rooms are on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

The house has great air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Water pressure in the showers is great and hot. The yard is wonderful especially with the bunnies and horses. Great location, very close to everything you need.We did have some hiccups during our stay, but the host was very responsive and timely.The hot tub is a soft side inflatable; it was not working properly. I think it needed to be inflated more but i really am not sure.The kitchen is lacking in the pots and pans. We had to purchase a pot to cook pasta, but we had family we could leave it with.

It would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom. Most of us sleep with the tv on. The place was quiet and really all we need but I feel like the pictures make the place look better than what it is. I found a hair in the bathroom on the sink and that made question the cleanliness of the house. Plus a dirty toilet. I’m not picky but you have to have a clean place of you want to be in the Vrbo business.
