The house is in Pollensa, Mallorca, distributed on two floors, with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet with shower and a multipurpose room with TV.
On the outside we have three large terraces, all covered, one located at the main entrance, another next to the garden and pool and the third upstairs communicating with the room-suite with magnificent views over the Bay of Pollensa. The house is equipped with every comfort, including internet (WIFI), satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, barbecue.
Mediterranean trees and shrubs in the garden represent a natural backdrop for the pool of 12 x 4 meters surrounded by a sun terrace.
All these elements make this home a place of tranquility, harmony and balance with the environment. The house is one of more priviliados Mallorca Island locations; the bay of Pollensa. A place where the sea and the mountains come together to form a fantastic landscape. Very spacious and beautifully finished. Car is needed but close to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca . We loved the pool and all the facilities provided. Great communications from the rental agency too.

The villa is stunning we had a fantastic week the pool is a good size everything in the villa was well equipped and clean we enjoyed the atmosphere of the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollenca where they have really nice markets stalls on certain days.

Had an amazing holiday at the villa. It had everything we needed. The pool was huge and the views around the villa are amazing, especially in the evening. It’s in a perfect location between pollensa and puerto pollensa.
