About this house rental
Enjoy a fun stay in your own oasis with a private pool and hot spa! Barbecue with your family and relax at the dinning patio. Located directly on a popular main road called “2nd Street”. This is a metropolitan beach community . Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Approximately 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County, Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Hollywood. Cozy beach townhouse. Two full bedrooms upstair, Two full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. Half bathroom downstairs. Third Room is a SUNROOM with a DAYBED and a privacy curtain.
Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO excessive noise/music allowed at any time. Must respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet .
****UPON REQUEST POOL HEATING: $50/DAY***
STR: NRP22-00529 Exp:4/05/2027.
HOUSE RULES:
1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 10:00 PM. Please come inside by 10:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***
3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 6 booked guests overnight or a total of no more than 8 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill, please turn off propane tank when done and leave it uncovered.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside by the garage ally way and place in large bins when you leave.

Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a later flight on the day of checkout, and she was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made our travel day much smoother. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this pool house! From the moment I arrived, everything felt relaxing, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was beautifully designed—bright, modern, and perfectly comfortable. The pool area was definitely the highlight: sparkling clean, peaceful, and perfect for both lounging in the sun and late-evening swims.Susan was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I appreciated the small touches, like fresh towels, a stocked kitchenette, and clear instructions for check-in and checkout.Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a fun spot to unwind, this pool house is a fantastic choice. I’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful property. Everything was clean, cozy and good quality. Susan was very quick to answer any answers we had around the property. Beautiful location as well. No complaints.

The host was responsive and kind. Their heating and cooling system were not comfortable to stay. Heating was coming from a unit downstairs so it was hard to warm up the rooms upstairs. We had to leave the doors open to get some warmth. Window AC units were very old and loud. They took a long time to cool down the rooms.
