Fantastic location. Everything is easily walkable. Beautiful house, and amazing yard. Everything was very clean. Jordan was a fantastic host, great communication. And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance that had everything you could want. If you prefer to cook the kitchen is big and has everything you need to prepare meals.

Absolutely adorable cottage and the waterfront had the most relaxing vibes! Able to walk downtown in only a matter of minutes. Perfect get away for our family and fur baby!

Water Street Cottage in Swansboro was an absolute gem. The home is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful design and gorgeous details everywhere you look. It feels cozy, stylish, and incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. We loved the special curated music playlist the host put together to play on Alexa. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt high quality and luxurious, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day exploring.We loved starting our mornings by taking a short walk to pick up bagels at Giovanni’s and bringing them back to enjoy before heading out for the day. One evening we had a fantastic dinner at The Boro, which was another highlight of the trip.One of our favorite parts of the cottage was the backyard. It’s private and peaceful, creating the perfect little retreat after exploring town. The tree swing was such a fun touch and made the space feel even more special.Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the home was exactly as described in the listing. Fantastic furnishings!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Water Street Cottage to anyone visiting Swansboro.
