Open the French doors at Many Springs 611 and you're on a covered patio with the lawn and the shoreline of Yellow Bay just beyond. This lakeside studio at Many Springs Resort sits down a set of stairs from the parking area and puts Flathead Lake right in your line of sight, from the beds, the dining table and the patio chairs. Downtown Bigfork is about 20 minutes away, and Glacier National Park is about an hour's drive.
Two queen beds face the big lakeside window, so everyone wakes up to the water. The full kitchen has a full-size fridge, an electric range, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Keurig, and four chairs circle the glass table by the French doors. There's even a little desk if someone needs to check in with work. It's a natural fit for two couples, close friends or a small family who want to be right on the lake.
Spend the morning swimming and paddling from the resort dock, then take a drive to Glacier or wander the shops in Bigfork. Back at the studio, grab a cold drink, settle into the patio chairs and watch the light change on Flathead Lake until dark.
Summer
When the snow melts, the Flathead Valley transforms into a playground of lakes, trails, and endless sunshine. Spend your days on Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, where you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming in crystal-clear waters.
