"LA PARENTHESE" offers a renovated apartment with equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave combined oven, fridge with small freezer, senseo coffee makers and filter, iron, drying rack..), a bedroom with natural tones, a touch exotic, which inspires relaxation with a 160*200 bed, a 140*200 sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with toilet and Italian shower, air conditioning, in an outbuilding adjoining the main house of the owners (who live on site) but totally independent, for 4 people maximum, of about 50 m², on the first floor, with independent entrance, terrace, secure parking ...

You will have access to the garden on the pool side, to the 10*5 swimming pool (shared in summer with the owners and their children), (end of May), WEBER charcoal barbecue with everything necessary, ... Sunbeds and inflatable mattresses available. …

Bed linen and towels provided (1 set per bed and 1 towel per person) per stay.

Cleaning products provided (crockery, sponges, dish towels (2), broom, mop, bucket, other household products).
