About this apartment rental
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is a triple threat with its awesome location, slope-side view, and affordable rates! Fully equipped kitchen with counter seating. This unit is just a short walk to the village shops and restaurants. Access to the Ballhooter high-speed chairlift is just outside the back of the building. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom economy unit is located in Mountain Lodge and has a direct view of the Ballhooter lift/slopes. It is adjacent to Snowshoe Village, ski school, shops & restaurants. Good value for those who require basic, no-frills lodging!

Overall our stay was great. The property manager was great in letting us add an additional day to our stay. The location was wonderful. The building is older and could use lots of updates inside and maybe some better lighting, but once we got into our unit, it looked like a completely different place. The up keep was great and updates were very nice. It was bright and inviting.
The cons:
1. The fire alarm must have been going dead and kept chirping. We Informed the front desk and they sent maintenance up the next day. They did not end up fixing the problem so it continued to chirp.
2. The toilet was not cleaned prior to our stay. There was dried pee still on the toilet seat and Inside of toilet was unclean.
3. The balcony was off limits. It would have been nice to have access to be able to step off onto the balcony. We did understand why because the railing was very low and a fall risk. Also the unit next door had full access to balcony.
These are the reasons why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise the place was great and kept up. We enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!

This unit was outdated but was fine for what we were there for. We had friends also staying here but their units were super nice. Really my only complaint was that we were supposed to have an A/C unit, per our contract, but we didn’t.
