Sunny View is in a great position within the village, less than five minutes walk from the beach and within 50 yards of the village pub. Decorated in a coastal style, the cottage can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The lounge at Sunny View overlooks a village green and pretty thatched cottages. It has seating for six people, with a flatscreen wall mounted TV with Freesat, a DVD player and electric stove. The well equipped kitchen has a dining table with seating for six, and a TV. There's an Aga Rangemaster electric cooker, and there is a roomy fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. You'll also find a washer/drier in the adjoining utility room. Patio doors in the dining area open out onto the patio and pretty enclosed garden which is safe for children and pets. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor entertaining.
Located at the rear of the cottage, bedroom one has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two is probably the most beachy of all the rooms at Sunny View, with two standard size single beds and a quirky beach hut wardrobe. Overlooking a village green at the front of the house, bedroom three has a kingsize bed and is the largest bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over the bath, washbasin and WC.
There is off road parking for one car, with unrestricted parking on the road at the front and side of the cottage. Three dogs are welcome at Sunny View. Dogs are welcome throughout living areas and may be left in the property unattended if guests are sure they will settle. The garden is enclosed by 6ft fencing at the rear. At the front there is a low 4ft wall.

We had a lovely holiday here property was ideal for us 3 adults & 3 dogs. The garden was great fully enclosed with lots of seating. Parking a bit tight for a large car but can park outside on the road. Weather was excellent and we visited many places all very dog friendly. Quite a walk to Winterton beach now since the storm. Would definitely recommend Sunny View.

We are regular visitors to Winterton-on-Sea and we like to try different properties to stay in while we are there.
Sunny view had everything that you would ever need for a enjoyable and comfortable stay.
From an amazing hamper to comfortable beds and amazing location we could not fault it.
If you want the place to stay then this is it.
Cannot highly recommend this property enough.

Great property in a great location in the village. Everything you needed in the property. Very spacious and great layout. Central heating although took a while to heat up but once warm very cosy!

Excellent bungalow everything you needed for a relaxing week. Ideally situated for exploring Norfolk. Village is lovely, people are friendly especially Poppy's the little restaurant great food and very welcoming. Would certainly recommend this bungalow couldn't fault it and the lovely Hamper which was left for us was the icing on the cake..Thank you so much
