Pier, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Boardwalk; Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses and shopping are a short drive away.

This property was very clean, plenty of room, and a great location. It was close to restaurants, stores, etc. My sisters and I had an amazing time.

We loved the condo! It was clean and nice inside. The view and location was perfect. I had 3 young teens (ages 12 13 14) and they enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and the beach! I was very impressed with everything and would book again! Communication was great throughout our stay as well!

This condo was a fair price. Very basic, nothing special. There aren’t any “extras” that I’ve gotten when renting other places (no sand toys or beach chairs provided), but they provide the basics, which is all I needed. The condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The view was great. The condo was within walking distance of a lot of places.
I was not emailed check in information until after 4:00 pm. It was a simple check in process though. I did feel like I had to jump through a lot of hoops for the reservation to be finalized. There are a lot of rules, like “if you don’t do … you will be charged.” Also, the host/cleaning fee was pretty hefty compared to other rentals I’ve had. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

There are no enmities in the hotel, it's just a building full of condo's. swimming area nice, plenty of lounge chairs by pool. but lacked on the deck of our condo! Uncomfortable! 2 white plastic chairs.
The view is what I guess we paid for.
All I could think of is the amount of vacationing college kids and maybe why not much is provided in accommodations and comfort.
Beds comfortable plenty of pillows.
Condo well used
The time of year we went was perfect, not busy and quiet.
