Located on the second floor, this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living space. Please note this property does not have elevators. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, Hawaiian-theme furniture with beachy decorations, and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are equipped throughout the unit to help stay cool.

Overall nice, older condo with some updates. Kitchen is updated very nicely but it is quite small. Bathroom could use updating. Rental property management (My Perfect Stay) was good. This unit has lots of beach items (beach chairs, boogie board, snorkel gear etc). Comfortably fit 4 adults. The location of this property is perfect.

We have stayed in this unit most years since 2002. We love the property and location.
We had a problem with faucet in kitchen and cable this year but was quickly taken care of.
My complaint is the carpet. It is absolutley filthy. I remember it a light beige now is a dirt brown. I also had to clean the drain in the bathroom tub. Full of hair and not ours. Housekeeping needs to do a better job in this area.
The kitchen was very well equiped with dishes, cooking pots and pans and oven pans, and utensils.
This is a great unit for a family with the park right next door and a perfect place for children to play in the ocean.
