Damage & Injury: If your pet bites, injures any person, or causes damage to the property or personal belongings, you are solely liable for all resulting costs and claims.

Hold Harmless: By bringing a pet onto the premises, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owners and managers.
Costs: You are responsible for all liability, claims, legal expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your pet's actions.
Notice: Failure to comply with leash requirements or any lapse in pet control may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Needed to stay in the Henderson area for a nearby memorial service. The house is accurately depicted in the photos. Clean thruout. We were traveling with our dog, so the big backyard was nice. Plenty of nearby restaurants, and easy access to the freeway.
The neighborhood is on the humble side, but was very quiet. Only negative was the back door would not stay locked. It was a sliding door, and the flip lock would fall down on its own randomly or anytime the door handle was touched. We were a little nervous about that and let the property manager know. Otherwise, the house met our needs for a quick visit.

Neighborhood was slightly questionable and the people across the street partied all night a few
times. I had a couple questions about things in the house but no one returned my phone call.
