About this house rental
This exquisite 5200 sq ft home is nestled on 5 acres of woods and nature. It has been meticulously renovated with a blend of modern updates and timeless classics. Between the pool, grill, walking trail, music room, projector screen, pool table, game consoles, karaoke machine, none can be bored here. Located approximately 5-10 minutes away from Harrison Bay lake, and Bear Trace golf course. Enjoy being 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with the peace and quiet of the woods. (Please note that there are UNMONITORED AUDIO/VIDEO security cameras located on each door of the property, solely for security and liability purposes.) Our pool will be opened April through October . (Please make note of that upon booking)

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Great hosts, they went way above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. Communication was top notch. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. Our family especially loved hanging out in the rec room playing pool, gathering at the dining table to eat and play games, watching tv on the super comfy couch, enjoying the deluxe massage chair, and walking on the trail. We are so grateful that we had such a lovely place to stay while in the area for our niece’s wedding at Howe Farms. The location was perfect and convenient to parks and many restaurants and it was very easy to get to Chattanooga to enjoy all that the city has to offer. We hope to return when the weather is warm to enjoy the pool next time!

The home was perfect for our group- 87 year old Mom, 4 adult children & 2 adult grandkids. Mom loved that her bedroom required no stairs. We all appreciated that we were together but still have privacy, as the bedrooms are spread out. Mornings we convened with coffee out by the pool & ended the day in the massive living room with some taking turns 'resting' in massage chair. We attended Friday welcome party in Chattanooga & Saturday wedding at Howe Farms. We were thrilled that home is equidistant to Chattanooga & Howe Farms wedding venues, so we never had to travel far.Going out to eat with my family is akin to herding turtles, so eating at 'home' was a huge relief. We got to see much more of each other than we would have in other lodging. And, still had enough privacy (key to happiness).The house itself is beautiful, welcoming, immaculate, and has absolutely everything you could need. I brought spices, pans, beach towels, coffee... and didn't need any of it! Hosts are wonderful, immediately responsive, and genuinely caring. Pool was enjoyed by most of us- perfect temp saltwater joy. I left an important (to me) box there & owner mailed it to me the same day- amazing.We all agreed we'd like to return & take advantage of amenities we didn't get to- trails out back, outdoor grill station, karaoke. So perfect for families & musicians. Most importantly, our mother was OVER THE MOON with the place and has not stopped raving about it!

It is a sprawling home with lots of amenities. There is so much space that you never feel like you're on top of each other. Lots of dinnerware, pots and pans, and no worries if you forgot a spice...they have it. The outside has a lot to do and a beautiful pool and patio area. The owners were very nice and were easy to get in touch with (we couldn't figure out how to light the fire pit).My friends and I are looking forward to doing another girl's trip in the spring!!

The entire experience from start to finish was 10/10. The owners were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs SPACE. There was so much space so it made our big group feel like we all had our own areas of the house. Well equipped and all we needed to bring was food! Beds were very comfortable and no detail was left out.
