Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

We had a great stay, the property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Excellent proximity to Navajo, just across the street. We would definitely stay again.

This home is in great shape and very well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. The downstairs couch in front of the fireplace was not very comfortable. The upstairs couch was better but that is where the kids were so we avoided it. The tv has so many options that it was difficult to navigate to a channel that we wanted. We are used to normal cable tv where the guide shows all the normal channels. However, overall it was a 5 star.
