Stunning condo on Carondelet. This modern and spacious condo is ideal for family celebrations, large gatherings, and special occasions and has plenty of sleeping arrangements for all guests on your list.

This condo puts you within a short ride away from French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous St Charles St is only half a block from the condo with easy access to public transportation, including a fun ride on St. Charles Streetcar. And if you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options only a walking distance away. Anything from high-end dining options to “holes-in-wall” gems known only to locals are at your disposal. Among crowd favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern and more.

Things to know
• This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. This building is not handicap-equipped and may not be appropriate for people with disabilities.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

It's a spacious place with lots of natural light. Communication with the host and support was prompt. Kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Great place to stay!

Pros: Our stay was very nice. The property was very well-kept. The check in process was seamless. Parking is somewhat limited. My family was very comfortable. Everyone had a space of their own. Cons: Cleaning fee was a tad high, considering that the property was dusty and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The same can be said abt the patio. There was a termite infestation which left a dirt mound on one of the window ledges and dead termites on the floor.
