On 50 m², you can expect a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (baby cot available on request), a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave, espresso machine, and all necessary cooking utensils.
The living area offers a sofa bed for two people as well as an additional extendable sleeping chair for one more person, also TV, air conditioning, dining area and a pleasant living atmosphere for relaxed evenings.
The private, covered southeast terrace invites you to breakfast or dinner outdoors and offers a beautiful view of the greenery as well as a partial sea view. The quiet location, surrounded by plenty of nature, ensures genuine relaxation.
Only about 150 metres away is a fine-gravel beach, ideal for bathing pleasure and relaxed hours by the sea. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are conveniently within walking distance. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure opportunities such as boat trips, water sports, cycling and hiking tours, nature parks, leisure parks for children, as well as cultural attractions.
