Tipsy Starfish welcomes 10 guests comfortably in almost 2000 sq. ft. with 4 Bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 Twins, 1 Full) but your favorite place at Tipsy Starfish, the balconies-sunrise over the beach, sunset over the channel. Hard to beat these amazing views. Tipsy Starfish is a Beachside townhome unlike the others: 2 parking spots, walk to the pool, backyard space, 3 balconies, and an end unit with sunrise and sunset views. Not many have these awesome extras!
Right off of 11th street and 2 blocks to Port Aransas Beach, Tipsy Starfish at Beachside has one of the most well-known pools in Port A with a slide, palms, several palapas, and seating to kick back and relax after a day at the beach or fishing. It will be hard to pull yourself away from this gorgeous pool area, but when it's time to hit the beach, easily walk or cart and be there in 2 minutes!
Tipsy Starfish offers 2 bedrooms on the main floor: a King Bedroom w/ Ensuite Bathroom and a Bunk Room (twin over full size with a twin trundle) with direct access to the backyard. Also on the main floor are a hall/guest bath and a washer and dryer for guest use.
Heading to the 2nd floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine. A kitchen island/breakfast bar is perfect for the non-cooks to hang out and watch the cooks do their thing! Large dining table plus bar seating offers plenty of space for everyone.
The oversized living area offers a super comfortable couch and chairs, again plenty of seating for family and friends! Off the living room, you'll have access to a balcony to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the gulf!
The 2nd floor also has a guest bath, another King Bedroom w/Ensuite Bathroom, and a balcony off this King Bedroom, perfect for happy hour and a sunset view!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We enjoyed our stay, all the kids had a blast. House rental was excellent, clean and had everything we needed to cook and have fun. Booking was easy and I had no issues. The only gripe was the excess fees, I paid almost the equal amount of fees as I paid for the rental. I guess it’s part of renting a place by the coast. Also check in time was 4pm and check out was 10am, so basically we rented the place for a day and a half. Why not have the check in time same as check out. Give us the whole 2 nights, 48hrs.

We enjoyed our trip! The house was clean and fully packed with everything we needed. It was a great location in the heart of Port Aransas. The pool was great!!

Pet friendly, super clean. Awesome patios on all 3 levels. Community pool was heated which made it perfect for us and the kids when it was a cooler day. We all had a great time.

Wonderful home! Accommodating in a centrally located area. Quiet too. Plenty of parking, easy access for a golf cart. Close to the beach. Very nice pool that had multiple areas for different age groups. Host was quick to answer questions.
