The 90 m² property consists of a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a covered terrace, and can accommodate up to seven people. The apartment is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase; the structure is similar to a hotel, with access to the rooms via the stairs.
