Beautiful apartment of 60 sqm fully renovated in 2018, with exceptional views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, located in a quiet, not overlooked, in a beautiful park of 25 ha, where you can enjoy many activities including 1200m² aquatic area with wave pool, water slides, heated swimming pool from April to November, tennis courts, ping-pong, basketball, football, walks around the lake, bicycle rental, spa-massage, restaurant , groceries, nightlife, teen club and kids ...
The apartment has just been renovated and has quality equipment and bedding.
It has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom (bed 140 cm) and a small bedroom (bunk beds 2 beds), 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath and sink, 1 with shower, sink and toilet.
The living room consists of a kitchenette (sink, hotplates, fridge-freezer), a bar, a table and 6 chairs, a sitting area with 2 sofa beds (2 single beds) ).
The terrace is spacious: dining area for 6 and outdoor lounge.
The apartment is ideally located in relation to the reception and the aquatic area (close but quiet) No overlooked with the neighborhood, panoramic view breathtaking.
A free covered parking space.
Final cleaning of 60 € is mandatory.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested and returned at the end of the stay.

We loved our stay here. The balcony is gorgeous, the pools were awesome and we had a great time.

Clean and modern appartment recently renovated. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area daily cleaned. Extraordinary view over the Saint Tropez bay. Only issue has been the Wifi Connection in the appartment. I booked and paid for best quality Wifi and got worst. Free Wifi available at the reception. Overall, I can fully recommend this appartment but would only give 4 stars because of the Wifi.
