About this chalet rental
The unique position of the rustic Balòt 21 with a very fascinating view of Lake Garda, makes it not only a destination for relaxation but a starting point for many excursions, to get to know Garda and its hinterland.
The house is located in the historic center of Olzano (Tignale) and is spread over three floors. A very large and bright environment just to recreate the light of the beautiful days that Lake Garda offers throughout the season, an ideal accommodation if you need space but at the same time privacy.
"Balòt 21" is furnished with different styles and furniture to give character to your holiday too
The house is a rustic of about 200 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It consists of a large living room with an ancient fireplace, a kitchen equipped with all comforts, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a balcony on the mezzanine floor and a terrace on the third floor with a wonderful lake view. For the car there are two municipal car parks a few meters away.
Comforts include induction cooker with extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, German coffee machine and espresso machine, toaster, mixer, courtesy set in the kitchen and in the bathroom, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, clothesline, umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers. In the apartment there are vacuum cleaners, heating, air conditioning, camping cot for children, high chair, small bicycle repair shop, compressor, bicycle stands with padlocks, safe and welcome gift.
Free access to the swimming pool of another residence about 300 meters from the apartment.

Sport and health: Municipal outdoor swimming pool at 2 km, Tennis at 800 meters, Mountain-Bike (possibility to rent directly at the "Tabaccheria Ferrero"), excursions, Nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away (at Golf Bogliaco).
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which allow them to receive various discounts, for example:
• Guided excursions
• Nordic walking
• Free shuttle service to and from the beach every day from April to October
• Free admission to the public swimming pool in Prabione - from June to August
• Discounts at restaurants, bars, etc.
