Caravan was excellent, the twin beds are very small but comfortable suitable for children. En-suite bedroom beautiful.Main room very comfortable.The only fault was the cheap toaster only 2 small slices. Couldn’t understand why they would have such a cheap toaster with all the other furnishings are of a high standard

First time at Burtree. Stayed in a Platinum static which was beautiful. Very clean and looked brand new. Hadn't realised it backed onto a touring caravan field. This wasn't a problem as early in season. Not sure I'd be keen sitting out on the balcony when the seasonal pitch at back is occupied. Front decking looks onto access road/other static. So not much privacy and some seasonals /owned Lodges were a bit like Blackpool illuminations on a night. Fishing lake looks good and the wildlife lake was a lovely walk. Bedale a great little shopping area (market on a Tuesday). Overall great value for money and very comfortable accomodation.
