This beautiful and classic apartment is located on the first floor, right on the beach of Puerto Alcudia. From the cosy terrace and private garden, you have a fantastic view of the entire Alcudia bay. A perfect place to admire and enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. With 100 m², this apartment offers 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 x bathtub, 1 x shower) and an outdoor bathroom in the garden, a comfortably furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, with space for 6 people. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Perfect location right on the beach, cannot be better. Private garden and storage room included (good for bikesbeach stuff equipped with foldable chairs, great), spacious well equipped kitchen with everything one needs, oven, microwave, modern fridge and deep freezer. The beds are quite new and have very good matresses. Supermarket Eroski walking distance, bars and restaurants and bike hiring aswell. A superb holiday spot for the entire family.

Location, location, location! Best beach ever for kids! Added touch of a private bathroom right off the beach and lots of beach chairs and toys! Beds were also super comfortable.

Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind in gutem Zustand.
Der Wasserkocher war stark verkalkt. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht funktionsfähig und zu klein für 4 Erwachsene. Aber ansonsten ist die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet.
