About this house rental
Tithe Barn is a Grade II listed barn near Windsor and Eton, set in private, secluded grounds. It's big enough to celebrate in, yet warm and homely, with exposed timber beams and limestone tiles.
Sleeps up to 21 people: 17 in the main house, plus 4 in a private annex.
Inside
- Open-plan kitchen, living and dining with projector, built-in Sonos speakers and a Yamaha piano
French doors lead straight onto the garden
- 8 bedrooms (6 en-suite): king, twin, bunk room, sofa-bed room, plus a super-king master with a walk-in dressing room
- Self-contained annex (bedroom 9) with kitchenette, bathroom, king bed and sofa bed
- 9 bathrooms in total
- 2 kitchens, including a second prep kitchen ideal for caterers
- 2 receptions and a mezzanine
Outside
- Heated swimming pool (mid April to mid October)
- Pool bar with sink, fridge and BBQ
- Hot tub seating 6
- Pergola dining for alfresco feasts
- Tennis, basketball and football court
- Children's play area with treehouse

The barn is tucked away in Burnham, Buckinghamshire, minutes from Windsor, Eton and Slough. Windsor Castle, riverside walks and great pubs are close by, and Pinewood Studios is a 20-minute drive.
Perfect for
Family holidays, milestone celebrations, friends' weekends, corporate meetings, workshops and retreats. Please note the property is not suitable for more than 35 people at any one time.
The barn is offered as self catering however we can advise if you would like to hire a private services, please ask:

The property is lovely for families. We had 15 in our party for our Wedding Celebrations.We chose this house for its facilities and because, our family members were flying into Heathrow and driving down from the Midlands.We played Football, Tennis Basketball and Hide and.seek on our first night. We prepared and, ate a meal at the table. The beds were very, very comfortable. On Saturday we went into Maidenhead.for.the Wedding Ceremony but spent the afternoon eating, relaxing in the garden, the pool and playing a rather competetive game.of football. Dominoes supplied our evening meal so haapy kids.More relaxing on Sunday with family departing but, all so happy to meet up in such a wonderful setting. Even the weather was wonderful. The house, the garden, and the wonderful facilities will become part of the family folklore for all the right reasons

We had 6 friends visiting from the US for 3 days of golf. The house worked very well including to host a group dinner for 12 people total. While you could walk about a half mile to Taplow the location is a bit in the countryside so be prepared to travel by car for most things. We would absolutely rent this home again and it served us well for this trip.

Fabulous large estate could accommodate the entire wedding party. Historical property with great location near Windsor Castle and Heathrow. Amazing kitchen and amenities.
