Beautiful character villa in Marratxí, Palma Gorgeous new rustic style villa completely renovated in 2023 and also new furniture in the Sant Marçal residential and upper-class area (Marratxí), only 15 minutes from Palma old town. The villa is split into 2 floors and offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, eat in kitchen dining + living room (additional play room) and gorgeous terraces. On ground floor the property has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom plus a huge living room with access to the terrace and one reading space (chimney) and television (satellite) area. The independent dining room has also access to the terrace and garden. The 3 double bedrooms in first floor (1 with en suite bathroom) are distributed around a central play / multimedia room. Access to the first floor terrace / solarium.
The villa is south West oriented and offers nice views to the Tramuntana mountain and the Palma Bay. You won’t miss the Majorcan sunset from any of the terraces. Beautiful garden with pool (8*4 and salt water chlorination).
The villa offers all the needed comfort for a perfect holiday time: air conditioning, outdoor parking places, double glazed windows, underfloor heating, water decalcification and purification system, proximity of Palma Old Town (15 minutes) and Majorcan beaches (20 minutes).

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
