Villa Rural Sajoná is located in Tuineje and offers beautiful sea views. This 140 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (the double bed in one bedroom can be separated into two singles on request), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and cable TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Enjoy the private outdoor area with pool, covered terrace, and barbecue, perfect for relaxing with sea views while preparing meals for family or friends. The house is a 5-minute drive from supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants, and 20 minutes from Gran Tarajal beach.
The property follows recycling rules; further information is provided on site. Laundry service and bike rental are available for an extra fee. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed for an extra fee. Parties are not permitted. The property has no steps at the entrance or inside. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises.

Great, quiet and very clean house in the center of FUE. Perfect to reach all spots very fast. The house has all you need for a perfect vacay. The host is quick in response. Nice place !!! :-)

The villa has been recently constructed using the sandstone from an agricultural building, which originally occupied the site, resulting in a property with considerably more character than the norm. It is a generously proportioned 2 bedroomed villa, which been appointed and fitted out to a high standard. The outside space, pool and covered dining area are very attractive and offer a most relaxing environment for those that just wanting to relax.
The villa is situated in a quiet semi-rural location on the outskirts of the small village of Tiscamanita, with attractive outlooks. The website indicates that the property has a sea view, which is somewhat misleading. On a clear day you can get a glimpse of the sea, but it's about 8 miles distant. Anyone looking at a map would of course be aware of this before visiting.
Whilst a hire car is essential, the villa is fairly centrally located on Fuertaventura and provides a good base to explore the island. I have visited Fuerteventura on several occasions and this is certainly a villa I would consider returning to.
