Private Home - Pool & Game Room

Just great stay, location was perfect. William was very accommodating. Definitely recommend and would definitely book again. Travelled with family with teens.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the home had ample room for us and the amenities were a plus! Having a pool that we were able to enjoy on a daily basis was great, along with the air hockey table inside. Cons: Previous guests tore up one of the living room chairs, and left damages throughout the house in some areas like blinds, doors, table, etc. No fault of the owner, but people who stay at others homes should take better care of the property when they’re staying. It makes it look as though each guest has done damage to the home when in fact it was there already before check in. Pros: Plenty of space for a family. Great pool with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining or if you have a pet with you (be careful as there are a few places where they can slip through the back of the fence into the neighbors yard, as it happened to us without knowledge), otherwise plenty of room for them to run around. Kitchen was well stocked with any needs for cooking. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies if needed and provided towels and shower supplies were added pluses. Air hockey table is fun for inside entertainment when not outside enjoying the pool. Overall I’d give this home a 4/5!We would stay at Williams home again in the future if we visit Tampa. Also. Can’t emphasize enough, LOCATION. We loved being so close to everything on N. Dale Mabry, from restaurants to shopping there is plenty to choose from within about a 5-20 minute drive.

I didn't use the amenities. I stayed in this home because of location to my friends homes who live in Tampa. Spent most of the time out of the house except to sleep in at night. I didn't discern that the bedrooms where up flights of stairs according to VRBO advertisement. I'm an older person who didn't like navigating the stairs to the bedrooms at night.

The host was thoughtful and very responsive to every request; however, the ground floor windows was like looking through a frosted window until we cleaned them. We also had to buy more bowls and cups, which we left behind, the floors were also dirty, the pool needed leaves cleaned out daily, as well as adding water. The host eventually came daily to clean out the leaves after I told him that his pump was going to burn out. Its also little things like a washer and dryer from this century, decent paper towels, to basic spices available that shows an owner really cares about your vacation experience or is in it just for the money.
