We have stayed at sea oats multiple times. This unit is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It is updated and clean. The one suggestion would be a better mattress in the master, it is very hard.

The unit has all the amenities we wanted, especially the full kitchen, and the beachfront location lets us get to the water fast.

The condo units are aging but decent. My only gripe is fir what you pay you think the housekeeping staff woukd do better. The day we checked in we had mop the floor because our feet turned black. The mop bucket hadnt been used in who knows when because covwebs and the bottom was civer ed in dirt
