On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the lake, 600 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery, bus stop "Amden Brugg" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m, public bathing area 4 km, bathing lake 4 km. Ski lift 600 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 600 m, slopes, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, sled run, children's playground 500 m.
