Failure to follow this may result in a repair cost of up to 3,000 MXN, which will be the guest's responsibility if due to misuse.
Mosquito nets should only be used when absolutely necessary.
Damage to the nets may incur a replacement fee, as costs are high.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Bucerias area with Aria Ocean serving as our base. The unit and grounds are very well maintained. Our property manager was very easy to reach when needed.

I love the layout of this condo and it was clean and comfortable! The poolside bar was great for drinks and food. I wish they heated the pools and I wish there were a few more amenities (hooks for towels, salt, pepper, toilet paper) but overall a really great stay at a beautiful place!

The resort is lovely. This condo has a great view.
This condo needs to be maintained. Definitely need some deck furniture.
They could provide BBQ utensils.
Need new linens and towels
Also not a condo for 8, at most 6 people.
