We have wonderful outdoor amenities sure to make your stay at the Jewel a joy!! We are walking distance from all restaurants, shops, museums and pubs. Centrally located between Mt Bohemia and Mont Ripley. Close to golf courses. Close to ALL trails. 15 minutes from Michigan Tech. Minutes from Houghton County Airport.

The location was great away from the busy Houghton/Hancock commencement weekend with restaurants and beverage facilities just a walk down the block.Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The very modern kitchen was had all that we needed for dinner prep. The dining and living rooms were spacious for our group of 7 to spread out and relax. Sauna was great too.It was nice to choose from a list of breakfast options which all were delicious, and choosing when it was served worked out great for planning around our morning schedules.Host was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and communicated with us throughout to make sure our stay was pleasant and without issue.Copper Jewel is absolutely a jewel to cherish.

Great house with plenty of space for guests, comfy rooms, and a nice kitchen/dining area. Right next to restaurants/bars downtown, would stay again!

The host was very personable and the breakfast was excellent. The town of Calumet is a little run down but feels very safe.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Not only is the house beautiful but Pamela is fantastic and very accommodating. She was even insisting we part our motorcycles in the garage as there was rain coming. She personally stopped by to show us everything we needed to know in the house and even put breakfast items in the refrigerator for us to cook up! Definitely will stay again if we make it that way!
