About this villa rental
Pristine villa in the exclusive Abbington community of Palmetto Dunes. Access to 2 ocean front pools, the 11-mile lagoon for kayaking, 24-pickle-ball courts and of course the beach right across the street! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa comfortably sleeps 6.
Spacious living/dining room beautifully done with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. Comfortable furniture and coastal-modern design for gathering the family. A 65-inch LED TV and free wi-fi are provided. The sliding glass doors open to a newly renovated private deck with a table and chairs to enjoy relaxing as you overlook the lagoon, perfect for your morning coffee or your favorite evening drink.
Walking into the villa you’ll feel immediately welcomed by the spacious and open floor plan and dimmers to adjust to your lighting moods. To your right is an inviting guest bedroom with a queen size bed, full closet, flat screen LED TV, and private renovated bath with a tub and shower.
To the left of the foyer is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a top of the line Breville espresso machine for your favorite coffee brews. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the laundry closet conveniently located at the end of the kitchen.
Just off the living area you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with king bed and mattress plus topper, furniture-built ins, an LED flat-screen TV, and large windows overlooking the lagoon. There’s a private, newly renovated primary bath with double vanities, walk-in shower and full closet.
On the second floor is a loft-style bedroom with two twin size beds, a TV, private bath and double vanities and full closet.
Guests staying at this property can access the oceanfront Hampton Place community pool, hot tub and grill area.
This property has two assigned spots directly in front of the condo. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, 32 pickleball and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and more. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be emailed at least 10 days before check-in, once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or fewer, from the time of booking, the instructions will be emailed as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Great location and mostly renovated. Baths all updated. Furniture needs replacing, old and pretty tired. Also awkward placement for more than 2 people watching TV. Kitchen cabinets are starting to separate and need refinishing. Back deck has rotting boards, concerned about falling through in a few spots very close bring really great….

Very clean, lovely condo with canal views. It has a fantastic espresso maker that was much enjoyed! Bit of a walk to the beach but overall a wonderful rental. Additionally the rental company was extremely responsive and helpful!! Five stars.

We had a really nice stay. The condo was perfect for our family and the location was great. A short walk to get to the beach and right on the lagoon which was nice for fishing and bird watching. The condo is at the end of the row of condos so we had a little extra shady yard space and a little extra privacy.
