The Space:
This 3-level condo is a wonderful home base for your Yellowstone and Southwest Montana vacation. Upon entering the condo, you will find the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking during your stay, all you need to bring is the food. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The lower level has another queen bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and an open sleeping area with another queen bed. There have been many upgrades throughout the condo, but it still maintains its western charm! If you have a larger group, the condo next door (Lodgepole Hideaway) sleeps an additional 6 guests.

The location of this condo just can't be beat. It's just minutes away from the West Yellowstone park entrance and the little strip of the town with restaurants and shops. We used it as a home base for four nights. With four separate bedrooms, it was ideal for our group of 7 people. Here's the thing you need to know about this property: it is on the older side. This made for a charming kitchen and dining area (think lot's of plaid decor and tube TVs), but in some cases...not as charming. The bathrooms are teeny tiny (though the water pressure was great), the pots and pans are very old with scratched up Teflon (some should probably be thrown away), the fridge has no water dispenser or ice maker. That being said, everything was still very clean, even if it was old.Overall, if we needed to stay here again, we would, but we might look first for something with newer amenities.

Very comfortable and clean, everything in the house worked and the place was nicely equipped. We really enjoyed how cozy the home felt. It was nice to have an equipt kitchen so we had options from the expensive restaurant food.
I’d definitely rent it again.

Lodgepole #5 was a perfect spot to rest between long days in Yellowstone Park. It is close to everything in town and was very clean. The host was responsive and we had a great stay. We would book again for sure!

Nice, clean condo; slightly outdated, but fits the feel of being in Yellowstone. Condo had all the amenities needed (towels, blow dryers, functional kitchen, paper towels, toilet paper, extra blankets, washer and dryer, etc.) Property Management personnel were friendly and helpful. Proximity to Yellowstone National Park is awesome…less than a five minute drive.
