About this house rental
This three bedroom/two bath with a loft Lake Tahoe luxury vacation rental home has been so extensively remodeled it is like new on both the inside and outside. The luxury vacation rental is located in Agate Bay (between Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay on the north shore of Lake Tahoe) and features new wide plank wood flooring, custom hickory kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances, corner rock fireplace, two decks with nice patio furniture, 6 person hot tub, and a pool table located in the loft. The sky lights and wood work give the luxury vacation home a bright feel.
In the winter, the vacation home is centrally located to Northstar California, Diamond Peak, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades.
All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

This property came extremely well equipped with everything a kitchen needs. We were extremely impressed with the available dishes. Many places only offer enough for one meal and then you’re forced to keep up with cleaning dishes to have something to eat with. This property had ample cutlery, cups/mugs, plates, bowls, etc which made it much easier on our group! The amenities were also excellent and we wanted for literally nothing. This was in a perfect location on the North side of the lake which was quieter and calmer than the areas around the southern side. We were conveniently close to a grocery store as well as many dining options. Also, it was exceptionally clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d certainly stay here again.

The house is warm and homey-feeling. It's very comfortable and we could really relax. Home is well-stocked. Kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need and plenty of it. Lots of towels in the house. Lots of blankets. Lots of toilet paper! It just had everything. There were instructions around the house that made it very clear how to operate the heater or the fireplace or the entertainment system. It was just well communicated. The hot tub was in perfect working order. It was clean. It heats up quickly and maintains its heat. The only thing I could ding is that my bed was pretty firm. OK for me but not my wife. And the pool table is in a very small room and there's not enough room around the pool table to use a standard size cue-stick. So it's just for fun, no serious players. That's about all I could nitpick. The home is very welcoming and comfortable. Would love to come back.

My family of 6 and I had an incredible time during our Tahoe stay. The house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. House was right in between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Ten minute drive each way. Perfect location. Hot tub is amazing.
