La BRUJULA Apartments in Cadiz are apartments in a new building (August 2020) with all the qualities and benefits that they entail. Excellently located in the heart of the Santa María neighbourhood, the cradle of the city's flamenco, and surrounded by such interesting places as the Roman Theatre, Santa María Beach or the Puertatierra walls and with excellent gastronomic options where you can taste the best dishes such as Destino or La Fragua among many others located on the nearby Plocia street, the city's gastronomic route.
The apartments have capacity for 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, by being located on a semi-pedestrian street, you ensure the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you won't miss anything that happens in the world and with which you can work remotely if you need to do so.
The apartments have a living-dining room, with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, have a very spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Don't worry about bringing a hairdryer, clothes iron, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom wardrobe.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).
This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and can be opened with the mobile phone, so if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go through CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 CADIZ4RENTALS office.
In these accommodations, COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES typical of the hotel industry are offered: cleaning during the stay, periodic changing of bed linen, personalised attention during the stay, reception and permanent assistance, luggage storage, help with booking tourist experiences...

Fantastic complex of flats in Old Town. Perfect location, close to everything. Flat is outfitted with everything you need. Very comfortable, home away from home. High security. Superb customer service from the ladies in the office, very responsive. Would definitely return.
Only issue for me being on the ground floor and working most of the day is that there is very little to no natural light. The two windows face a small inner courtyard so usually I could not tell if it was day or night. A flat on higher floor would be better.

Muy buena ubicacion y nos ha ido muy bien que fuera el bajo al llevar carrito de bebé.
Muy buena gestion y comunicacion con la gente que gestiona el apartamento.
Disponer de opcion de secadora para la ropa, nos ha ido muy bien.
La tranquilidad, muy silencioso, muy bien para descansar.
La puerta del dormitorio no cierra bien porque roza el suelo y hace ruido.
La sujeccion de la ducha esta un poco suelta.
La luz parpadeante de los dispositivos del techo anti-incendios es demasiado molesta para dormir, cuando esta todo a oscuras.
Nos hubiera gustado tener luces un poco mas tenues, aparte de las generales que son mas potentes.
