Ideally located in a very quiet area, with a splendid sea view, a short distance from the lively town of Alghero (2.5 km), Podere Brionis has three independent units (each flat for exclusive use with terrace and covered patio overlooking the sea), set in a large one-hectare property surrounded by olive trees and the turquoise sea.

Casa Sant'Anna, inside the Podere Brionis, is a large flat with sea view for exclusive use, characterised by large open spaces and an extraordinary sea view.

Casa Sant'Anna is a house with a contemporary style, contextualised with the surrounding territory and landscape. The villa is characterised by the sea view and a panorama that can be enjoyed from the large covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture. The view sweeps from the top of the olive groves below to slope gently down to the sea.

The house is located about 2.5 kilometres from the Catalan town of Alghero, at the top of a hill surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular view of the sea.

The Sant'Anna flat in Villa Brionis can accommodate 3 people, maximum 4 with the use of a cot and is located on the first floor of the villa and does not adjoin any other flat on the property.
The flat consists of a large living room with sofa and dining table for 8 persons, TV, kitchen, two bathrooms (one complete with shower and one in suite without shower), covered and furnished porch, veranda with sea view, garden, rear veranda with table for 12 persons and barbecue area. The large living room leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with a single bed.

The living room, featuring a large sofa, is separated from the dining room from which there is access to the kitchen.

The contemporary and well-equipped kitchen is a plus that adds comfort to those staying in the villa. The refined interior and fine outdoor furniture will make your holiday an oasis of peace.

The villa is surrounded by acres of Sardinian countryside with its typical colours and scents, allowing guests to take long walks even within the estate.
The Sant'Anna flat is rented for the exclusive use of our guests and, given its location at the top of the property, will not have to share the outside areas of the front veranda with any other guests.

Villa Brionis, in its entirety, consists of three flats for the exclusive use of guests, all equipped with WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, which in low season are offered individually while in high season they are rented as a whole to accommodate up to 12 people.
The large furnished verandas overlook the sea and are the perfect place for pleasant outdoor dining and sunbathing, while a few metres from the house, an area equipped with tables and barbecues is dedicated to outdoor living and relaxation. In the villa, in a communal area, there is a playground equipped for children.

Around the house the outdoor spaces are large and usable for walks and outdoor games.

Each flat has its own entrance and privacy is guaranteed as the units are separated from each other.
