Come and enjoy the relaxing feel in this classic home located in the heart of Springfield. Newly updated, but still retaining it’s early mid century charm.
The space
Our house features an inviting front porch, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living area with a smart TV, formal dining room, and a sunroom/game room which includes a foosball table and second smart TV, with comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. There is also laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer and a fenced back yard.
Note: the sunroom has one heating and air conditioner vent into the room but it does not have a cold air return and the windows are only storm windows. This means that on the hotter and colder days of the year the temperature in this room might not be quite as comfortable, although there is a ceiling fan and an extra heater in the winter.

It was a perfect house for us. My dog even loved it! It had everything we needed and it was close to everything. The host was very responsive. We will come back!

Loved this property! Perfect for me and my husband and our two dogs. Nice fenced yard. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Super clean. Lovely decor. Serene. And that sunroom in the fall weather was perfection!
