For boating enthusiasts, this home offers two private docks and a 4,000-pound boat lift that can accommodate boats from 16 to 22 feet. If you don't have your own watercraft, enjoy the provided canoe with a built-in ice chest or take a swim off the swim raft—fun and relaxation right at your doorstep.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.

Quaint old school lake house. Lots of charm, right on the lake, the deck at night with a fire going was about as good as it gets!

This cottage is RIGHT ON the water. It was perfect for a couple's getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed sitting in the sun porch with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The docks and deck were nice for fishing and for just sitting to enjoy the lake. And because the cottage is about 35 steps down from the road it was VERY quiet.
My only complaint is with the management company and the fees. The listing said that linens and towels were included, but we were charged a linen service fee. And on top of that was the processing fee, reservation fee, non-refundable damage insurance fee, the cleaning fee and pet fee. So the advertised price/night is VERY misleading. With taxes it ended up being almost double. This was a last minute getaway so we did it, but I'm not sure I would say that this cute little cottage was worth that much.
I emailed the management company regarding the linen fee and some maintenance items that needed attention, and did not get a reply from them.
