About this villa rental
Very pretty villa at the gates of Aix en Provence and the Luberon in a subdivision located in a cul-de-sac without vis-à-vis, quiet, electric gate and courtyard to park your vehicle.
The geographical location of this villa is perfect for discovering Provence, its villages, its markets as well as the entrance to the A7 motorway 10 minutes away.
The house is composed of a main room of 70 square meters with a fitted kitchen and a living-dining room, a pretty stone wall and a fireplace give a warm look to the whole. When you are in the dining room, a bay window allows you to access a bioclimatic pergola that can be totally open or closed depending on the weather, a small cocooning corner to read, chat or have a drink. Through the kitchen you access the main terrace of 35 square meters which overlooks the swimming pool, it is equipped with a large electric blind, a barbecue, its large table and it is decorated with palm trees.
The corridor provides access to the separate toilet, the travertine bathroom equipped with a sink and a balneotherapy bath for two people with shower.
For sleeping, a first air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor of 13 square meters equipped with a 160 cm bed, a piece of furniture, a cupboard and a television, a staircase allows access to a second air-conditioned bedroom of 9 square meters (ideally the children's area) equipped with a 90 x 190 cm bed and a 140 X 190 cm BZ.
An air-conditioned pool house is positioned in front of the swimming pool, its large bay window bathes it in sunlight, very nicely arranged it can accommodate two people and be independent, it is composed of a 140 X 190 cm bed, a cupboard equipped with a small fridge, a bathroom with toilet, sink and travertine walk-in shower, closed by electric shutters.
A landscaped garden embellishes this pretty villa with multiple assets, a deck of 100 square meters where is located a swimming pool of 7.30X 3.70 meters equipped with a heat pump and its fountain will make you spend pleasant moments, to top it all off a carbet equipped with a bar completes the set. The villa is equipped with fiber.
30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 30 minutes from Saint Rémy de Provence, 20 minutes from the Luberon.
For the winter period, a fireplace is available with wood.

We’re a family of four who stayed here for a short week at the end of May and had a fantastic time. The house is located in a quiet community with a local boulangerie, fresh produce shop, small grocery store, and a nearby playground—all just a short walk away. Most of the activities we planned were within a 15-minute drive, and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained in the mornings. Since the weather was lovely, we spent our afternoons swimming and relaxing by the pool.The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen—it had all the gadgets we needed. The coffee machine uses pods, which we easily picked up at the local shop (though a few were kindly provided to get us started). We also made good use of the washing machine and dishwasher, both of which worked well.There are lots of comfortable spots to relax, from poolside loungers and the outdoor dining area to the sunroom with its cool lighting and clever modular walls that give an indoor-outdoor feel. The neighborhood cat even came by in the evenings for cuddles, which delighted the children.The house was spotless when we arrived, and we really appreciated the thoughtful decor and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bedrooms have air conditioning, which was perfect for a cool night’s sleep.The Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly, and overall, we had such a great stay that our kids are already asking when we can come back to make more memories.
