If you’re looking for some luxury on the beach, you have found it with this penthouse unit at Silver Beach Towers. Silver Beach 1702E is a new (2023) condo to our rental program and will not stay vacant for long.
This 3-bedroom, 3.5 condo is decorated with original artwork and modern furnishing to create a luxurious vacation experience. Located on the main floor of this 2-story condo is the living room, kitchen, dining area, a half bathroom, and a bedroom. When you open the door, you are greeted with a spacious living space and stunning emerald green waters. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has ample counter space for cooking or eating at the large island. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils so you don’t have to bring anything from your kitchen at home. The best part of this living space is you can enjoy the stunning view of the while sands and blue waters from everywhere thanks to the floor to ceiling windows that run the length of the living room. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.
The main level master bedroom features more of those spectacular views of the Gulf that you can go to wake up to and start your day. There is no TV in this room, but you won’t even notice with the views in this room. The bathroom offers a large standalone bathtub for soaking in after a day relaxing on the beach. There is also a separate walk-in shower and double vanity sink.
Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. Both rooms offer the same striking views and King-sized beds. The first upstairs bathroom features as shower and vanity area. The second upstairs bathroom offers abundant counter space with the two vanity areas, a separate bathtub and walk in shower.

The rental property gave us a peak into what it looked like to sleep among the waters in the most scenic way possible. There were an abundance of amenities - and among that the cookware was incredible, giving us no excuse to go out to eat. We wish you could have stayed longer and will most definitely return. This was luxury at its finest.

The property was very well maintained and represented well on the website.
Positives
1. Very comfortable beds
2. Furniture and fixtures were perfect
3. Well equipped kitchen
4. Balcony furniture and views of the gulf were exceptional.
Only wishes for the property would be a blender and a refrigerator that produced ice. Although there is a portable ice maker the amount of ice isn’t sufficient for a family.
Overall I would give the rental a 4.5 on a scale from 1-5. We would stay at this property again.

First the good news. The property is awesome and just as advertised! I can't say more because the pictures and prior reviews say it all. We loved the place.
Next, the not-so-good news. We had several issues during our stay where we thought the property management company let us down. First, a penthouse rental at this price level should include the property management firm meeting us at the location. Not us going to fetch our keys. What that would have also improved as an in-service on the very complicated coffee maker and ice maker situation. I'm a hands-on guy, but the property management's response to my questions about how to make a cup of coffee was to send me a 72 page PDF for me figure out on my own. Unless you've used this machine before, you're going to Starbucks down the street to get your coffee! The fridge ice maker wasn't working. I had to call them twice. They finally sent out a technician who said it was not working so left a bag of ice for us. (We had already had to buy our own first bag.) Only to find out on the last day of our stay that there is also a separate ice making device in the corner... never figured out how to use that one either! So a beach weekend with adult friends and two days figuring out how to get coffee and ice! Bad look. Check out the other reviews on this one. Folks are more generous in their grading than I am here, but those reviews do list other issues we also encountered. If I were the property owner, I'd be... displeased.
