We loved our stay at “Life is Good on 18th Street”!! We live 5 hours away and were in town for our granddaughters 2nd birthday. We were able to have a lot of family time that we’ve been missing out on. The home was very spacious so everyone had their own space and no one felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some and we were able to have family meals together instead of going out to eat. We even grilled! There was plenty of room to play inside and out allowing us to really spend some time with our grandbaby. My husband even went for a morning ride thanks to the bikes found in the garage for use. Although we didn’t bring our dogs, there was also a large dog crate in the garage that would have been very handy if we had. The entire home was spotless. Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The hosts were wonderful, checking in with us soon after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and making sure we knew how to reach them if we found we did need something. Check in and out was super easy. The neighborhood was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This house was perfect for a family getaway over the holidays. We had four dogs and the backyard was spacious and the lawn was well taken care of. One of the gates to the backyard was broken, which led to our dogs getting out, but we notified the company that owns the property and they said they would take care of it. The living room is great for sitting together watching movies as a family. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were clean and had lots of room. FYI, there is only one blow dryer in the place, so remember to bring your own. The only negative feedback was that all communications - text and through messages - were AI - it was all bot communication, so getting a specific answer was difficult at times. The property itself is great. About 10 min from downtown and Crystal Bridges. Would stay again.

House was absolutely beautiful loved everything about the house. The only thing that I would change is, I would put a king bed in the master bedroom.

Previously added comments through Vacasa who apparently manage the listing. That review was cutoff before I could add anything negative.
The WIFI kept requesting a login several times a day. The whole idea of logging in seemed strange since the WIFI network was unsecured.
The wall along the dining atea smelled of pet (I hope) urine. Living room lights are all overhead and either all on (spotlight) or off. No place conducive to reading/writing.
No garage code or opener provided, so you have to come in the front door then open the garage.
I provided more positive feedback on the Vacasa review, no need to repeat.
